InfraCloud is your secure access point for vendor repositories, technical files, and subscription-based cloud content. Depending on your plan, you may have access to one selected brand, all available brands, local storage, temporary file sharing, or partner workflow features. Your access is delivered through our cloud portal and may also support specific file-transfer protocols depending on your account permissions. INFRAREPO CLOUD supports per-user protocol restrictions, so the methods available to you may differ by subscription or account setup.
After your service is activated, you will receive your access details and login link. Open the portal, sign in with your assigned credentials, and use the web client to access your files and directories. INFRAREPO CLOUD provides a web client specifically for end users to manage their files in the browser.
PORTAL , CLOUD
From the web portal, you can browse your allowed folders, view files, download content, and, where enabled for your account, manage shares and update your credentials. INFRAREPO CLOUD documented web client supports browser-based file management, file sharing, and credential changes for end users.
That depends on your plan and account configuration. INFRAREPO CLOUD supports protocol restrictions on a per-user basis, which means your account can be limited to selected access methods such as the web client, SFTP, FTP, or WebDAV. If a protocol is not enabled for your account, you will need to use the portal methods that are available to you.
If password changes are allowed for your account, you can change your credentials from the user interface. INFRAREPO CLOUD web client allows end users to change their credentials directly in the browser.
Remember the password that you have for the PORTAL is deferent that the password you use for your CLOUD ACCESS.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection by requiring something you know, such as your password, plus something you have, usually your phone. INFRAREPO support 2FA for both Portal and Cloud, and for all protocols like HTTP, SSH/SFTP/SCP, and FTP access, and describes it as a strong security improvement. In InfraCloud, if 2FA is enabled for your account, you should open the Security area and follow the setup instructions in the security portal or linked account settings.
You need to login to the cloud from the navigation bar of the Portal or directly open the address:
Your visible folders depend on your plan and permissions. For example, a Single Brand plan may show only one selected vendor repository, while Premium or Partner access may show broader repository coverage. INFRAREPO CLOUD supports permission and group-based inheritance, which is why different users can see different folders and limits.
Your access is controlled by your subscription and account permissions. INFRAREPO CLOUD supports assigning settings through users and groups, including quotas, limits, and inherited access behavior. In InfraCloud, this means your visible repositories are based on the plan you purchased and the permissions assigned to your account.
Open the folder you need, select the file, and download it from the portal or from any other enabled client method on your account. Download limits, speed limits, or monthly transfer limits may apply depending on your subscription.
Uploads depend on your subscription and permissions. Some plans may be download-only, while others may allow local storage or workflow uploads such as partner case files. In INFRAREPO CLOUD, upload capability is permission-controlled, so whether you can upload is determined by the settings assigned to your account.
If sharing is enabled for your account, you can create shares directly from the web client. INFRAREPO CLOUD that shares can support password protection, expiration, recipient email authentication, and automatic email delivery of the share link. In InfraRepo Cloud, available sharing features may be limited by your plan and policy.
This depends on your account and platform policy. INFRAREPO CLOUD supports default and maximum share expiration settings, which can be inherited from group-level settings. In InfraRepo Cloud, your subscription or admin policy may define the maximum share lifetime available to you.
Please use the support or file-request workflow provided in the portal. For Single Brand plans, requests are typically limited to the selected brand. For Premium and Partner plans, broader file-request capability may be available according to the service design. Your actual access and request scope depend on the permissions assigned to your account.
Use the password reset or account recovery method shown on the login page. If your account is connected to SSO, recovery may happen through the SSO portal instead of directly inside the file portal. If you cannot recover access, contact support. INFRAREPO CLOUD web client is designed for user credential management, but the exact flow depends on how authentication is configured.
InfraRepo Cloud uses controlled account access, permissions, and security features supported by the Platform.
INFRAREPO CLOUD supports secure authentication options, browser access, and 2FA for multiple protocols, and it can restrict which protocols each user may use. Your account security is strongest when you use a strong password and enable 2FA where available.
Access may stop automatically when the subscription expires or when the account reaches its assigned end date. In InfraRepo Cloud, renewal or plan upgrade may be required to continue access.
If you experience login issues, missing files, permission problems, quota limits, or workflow questions, contact InfraRepo Cloud support through the support page, your ticketing channel, or the contact method included in your activation email. For account-specific issues, include your username, subscription type, and a short description of the problem so support can assist you faster.
